  • Use

    Acne: Apply a thin layer to affected skin areas every day before going to bed for the first week. Mornings and evenings for the next 2 weeks, if necessary - Repeat the treatment after a 2-week break.

    Muscles and tendons: Massage into the painful area until completely absorbed. Do not rub directly on the painful area. Every 3 hours for the first few days and then 3 times a day for one week. The product does not treat painful joints.

    For nipple inflammation: Rub the oil into the nipple area after breastfeeding.
